5. Jay Feinberg's Hadassah Award
In 1999, Jay was awarded Hadassah International's World Citizenship Award for his valor and vision in creating a registry of potential donors for patients in need of bone marrow transplants.

14. Alan and Susan Katz Snyder: 2004 Honorees
In 2004, Alan Snyder, Founder and Chairman of Snyder Capital Management was not only our Partners for Life Honoree, along with his wife, Susan Katz Snyder, he was also one of three grateful transplant recipients to meet his blood stem cell donor, Sharona Rosenberg, whose cells were collected on September 11, 2001 in New York City.

On the morning of the 2004 Partners for Life Gala, Alan Snyder was introduced to his blood stem cell donor, Sharona Rosenberg, at the New York Stock Exchange, just minutes before the opening bell signaled the opening of trading.
