4 years ago, I was matched with a woman who needed my bone marrow to live. It was an incredible opportunity, and I have since become an Ambassador for the Gift of Life because of the major importance they put on finding a match for recipients and the care and attention that they give to their donors.

Everyone who may later become a donor must be swabbed in a quick and painless process where one swabs the inside of the cheeks. The swab is sent to be in a large donor base and hopefully matched with a patient.

Gift of Life's registry currently lists over 150,000 donors. Unfortunately, many patients still cannot find a match.
The swab process costs approx $54 each, and your donation will be a great help if you are able to give. Even if you can give $1 we we will be closer to one more person saving a life.
