As you already know or are learning for the first time, in March I will be running the NYC Half-Marathon as a member of the Gift of Life team in order to raise funds for those in need of a life saving bone marrow transplant.

While in Israel on Birthright during the summer of 2009, I learned about Gift of Life and the tremendous need for bone marrow donors. As myself and the other participants on my trip learned about the organization and were asked to enter ourselves into the donor registry, nearly all of us lined up to have our mouths cotton swabbed and pledged to donate. I have since volunteered at bone marrow drives in the New York area.

Now I am enlisting your support to be become a volunteer for the Gift of Life Team. But instead of asking for your time or your bone marrrow, I am simply asking for a monetary donation.
