Our daughter, Rivka, received her life-saving transplant in December 2011, soon after her 29th birthday and her daughter's first birthday, and about 4 months after being diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML). While she fortunately found a matching donor in the registry, there are many others who are urgently in need and unable to find a match. We have established this donor circle with an initial goal of raising at least $120,000 to sponsor 2000 donors, hopefully more. Based on historical experience, this would save 60 lives.
