I have been inspired to run the NYC half marathon on behalf of my coworker, Avi Karesh, for his courage and strength throughout his battle against cancer. Avi was an optimist throughout his fight and always had a smile on his face for his daughter, friends and coworkers.
I'm very excited to share that Avi is over 100 days in remission and still smiling.
