I am running the 2012 ING New York City Marathon in honor of Ezra Fineman, my dear friend's 3 year old son. Ezra has a rare primary immune deficiency called Hyper IgM Syndrome. Ezra is in need of a bone marrow transplant to survive and we are still searching for his match.
