Although for some of us who donated our stem cells or marrow it may not be the results for our recipients that we hoped for, it gives us extra strength to know that time is precious and that we gave our recipients a gift that cannot be forgotten: the gift of time. The memories from donating are memories of hope and optimism. In a world that can be filled with darkness at times, we are proud to have brought light to others and the world when it was needed. 

All of us feel very passionate about Gift of Life, and encourage those around us to get a swab kit to join the registry. You can prodive hope to a patient in need of a transplant and either save their live or give them extra time to spend with their loved ones and those around them.
