RTI’s employee resource groups (ERGs) are communities whose members voluntarily contribute their shared knowledge and collective experiences to enhance professional growth, promote multicultural understanding, and positively affect the RTI mission. The RTI Young Professionals ERG is a peer collective organization dedicated to uniting and empowering the next generation of RTI leaders by embracing a culture of innovation, growth, integrity, and excellence.

Here at the RTI Donor Circle, you can support our community service mission in two ways: 

• If you are 18 to 35 years old and in general good health, click on the "Join Registry" button or click here to order a cheek swab kit and join Gift of Life's registry. Just complete your swab kit and return it to Gift of Life, and they'll test the swab to see if you are a match for a patient battling a life-threatning disease such as blood cancer, sickle cell, or an inherited immune disorder.
