Let me tell you a little bit about Sondra. She is a very active 42-year-old mom, wife, and Speech Pathologist who has battled and won her fight with breast cancer and a year to the date received the devastating news that she had been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Sondra is currently being treated with chemotherapy, but this is only temporary until she can find her miracle match!  

This is where YOU can help.  Please consider joining #SwabforSondra and become a member of the Gift of Life Marrow Registry. This registry provides children and adults who are sick with leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood-related diseases a chance to be cured. You could save a life – Sondra's or someone else's!

WHAT YOU CAN DO!

• Join the registry! Click on the blue "Get Swabbed" button. If you are 18-35 and in good health, you may be SONDRA's perfect match. 
• Sponsor a swab kit. Click on the orange "Give to My Circle" button. Lab processing of every kit costs $60. Your contribution will help add new donors to the registry, who may be a match for SONDRA or other patients just like her!  
• Spread the word. Use the social media links to the right to share this Donor Circle on your Facebook and Twitter accounts. The more people who order a swab kit and join the registry, the faster she may find her donor.
