Walk for Life Comes to New York and New Jersey!

On Sunday, October 6th Gift of Life will be hosting the Second Annual Walk for Life in Paramus, NJ in memory of beloved father, husband and friend, Mel Cohen. After a successful walk last year, Gift of Life is excited to provide a fun, family-oriented community event while at the same time enabling supporters to walk for life in the memory of Mel Cohen.
The second week of October, on the 13th will bring the debut of the First Annual Walk for Life in East Meadow, NY. With a robust family of constituents in this region, Gift of Life is proud to add New York to its growing list of Walk for Life locations. Join donors, recipients, and hundreds of supporters for the chance to raise funds and awareness for Gift of Life.
Participants will have the chance to see a donor and recipient meet for the first time at both locations. For the last four years Gift of Life walks have raised thousands of dollars for the purpose of processing kits in order to add new donors to the bone marrow registry.
