Every year Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation’s Walk for Life events features fun for the whole family! Live music, food, a children’s area and an incredible 5K brings communities together. All proceeds raised at Walk for Life will go towards adding new donors to the worldwide bone marrow registry.
Walk for Life started in 2011 in Boca Raton Florida to not only raise funds and awareness, but to show our donors first hand, the incredible gift they give to their recipients. The main event of the day is the first meeting between a donor and recipient.
Come on out and join the fun by helping save the lives of thousands suffering from leukemia, lymphoma, other cancers, and genetic disorders!
2nd Annual Walk for Life New Jersey: Sunday, October 6, at Van Saun Park, Paramus, NJ.
1st Annual Walk for Life New York: October 13, at Eisenhower Park, East Meadow.
