Aug 14, 2014 by Gift of Life News
Gift of Life's vision for the future is simple:
A match. Anytime. Anywhere. For anyone.

Please join us in a global movement
to save lives and fight cancer.

We are specifically looking for 5 Campus Ambassadors to help register potential donors at their school and community and beyond. "Registration drives" are often located at universities, community centers, religious locations, etc. Our Campus Ambassadors will run drives on their campus as well as nearby universities, leverage their networks to establish new partnerships, and research which areas are ripe for more registration.

Those selected will be able to see their work pay off in the form of life-saving matches for those in need of a bone marrow or stem cell transplant -- the ultimate answer to that inevitable question: "What did you really DO during your internship?"

Responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Running multiple registration drives on your campus and surrounding schools.
  2. Holding at least one (1) information session per semester for students to attend In order to better educate potential donors about bone marrow and stem cell donation.
  3. Securing volunteers at their school by reaching out to fellow students and organizations.

  1. Interested candidates must have maintained a minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 throughout college thus far.
