2024 Steps for Life South Florida 5k | Gift of Life

Hello!
I'm working with Gift of Life Marrow Registry to raise money for this year's Steps for Life South Florida 5k! Would you please help me? I'd love to have your support in raising funds and awareness for this incredible organization. I am asking friends and family to support GIft of Life Marrow Registry by sponsoring me for the Steps of Life 5K, which will take place on Sunday, January 21st at FAU Football stadium.
For many people suffering from leukemia, lymphoma and other cancers and blood diseases there is a hope for a cure through a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.
Gift of Life has saved so many lives by identifying donors and matching them up with people who are suffering from life ending bone and blood cancers.
Our team Mission is to raise money so that we can process swabbing kits and add additional donors into the registry. I want everyone who needs a match to find a match. It costs $60.00 to process a swabbing kit and add a donor into the registry, so today I am asking you, how many lives can you help potentially save?
This fund which transplants healthy blood to replace sick blood is very close to my heart. My husband had a lung transplant in January 2015 which extended his life by almost 4 years. This time enabled him to be part of our happy family and friend events. He had more time to spend with our grandchildren. It gave me more time with him which was priceless.
