Welcome to Jake Warter's
Fundraising Page at Warter Strong Walkers Team!

$216 Raised of $1,800 goal

I’m excited to share that I’m partnering with the Gift of Life Marrow Registry to raise funds for the 2025 Steps for Life Virtual 5k!

This year, I’m working alongside our incredible Do Happy Ambassadors and the Warter Strong Foundation, a small but powerful charity dedicated to helping people face life’s challenges. Our mission is simple but meaningful: to encourage people to see happiness not just as a feeling, but as an action.

One of the best ways to “DO” happy is to do something for someone else.

Another fantastic way to “DO” happy is through movement.

That’s why this 5k is the perfect combination: walking for a cause + walking for happiness.

How you can get involved:

  • Commit to walking: Set your own challenge, whether it’s time, distance, or days per month.

  • Invite others: Walk with friends or family, (or pets) and share your challenge to inspire them to join.

  • Capture the moments: Take lots of photos: selfies, beautiful scenery, and your favorite puppy, and tag @dohappyproject and @giftoflife / @warterstrong on Instagram to spread the word.

In honor of Blood Cancer Awareness Month (September), we’re dedicating this effort to raising awareness and supporting patients who need life-saving marrow transplants.
