Hi! I am working with Gift of Life Marrow Registry to raise money for this year's 2026 Steps for Life Virtual 5k! Would you please help us? I would love to have your support in raising funds and awareness for this incredible organization.
For many patients suffering from leukemia, lymphoma, other cancers and blood disorders, there is hope of a cure through a bone marrow or blood stem cell transplant. Every four minutes a child or adult is diagnosed with blood cancer, but 70 percent of patients do not have a related match and must search the worldwide registry for a volunteer donor. That is, of course, if a match can be found. This is where Gift of Life Marrow Registry comes in.
Gift of Life has saved so many lives by identifying donors and matching them up with people who are suffering from blood cancers and other devastating diseases. Our team's mission is to raise money so that we can process swabbing kits and add additional donors into the registry. We want everyone who needs a match to find a match.
It costs $60 to process a swabbing kit and add a potential donor into the registry, so today we are asking you, how many lives can you help us potentially save?
