Hello! 

I'm working with Gift of Life Marrow Registry to raise money for this year's 2027 Steps for Life South Florida 5k! 

For several years, we've supported Gift of Life, but this year brought a whole new meaning to us. Our friend, brother, son, husband, and dad, Brandon Turk, was diagnosed with High Risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia in February 2026, and ultimately needed a stem cell transplant. Thanks to a kind soul and organizations like Gift Of Life, Brandon found a 9/10 match and now has a new birthday, June 4! We are forever grateful and are excited to give back.
