Foundation Adds New Way to Get Involved
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with eBay Giving Works. Sellers, shoppers, donors and supporters can contribute to Gift of Life through eBay just by doing what they normally do, Shop & Sell! It’s so easy and will make you feel good to use your eBay account to help someone in need.
Sellers: If you’re a seller, click the Sell button at the top of any eBay page. Then under “Choose how you’d like to sell your item”, select “eBay Giving Works” (if you don’t see it, check the “add or remove option” then “donate percentage of sale” and save your selection). Find Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation in the nonprofit directory and choose the percentage of your final sale that you’d like to donate, it can be anywhere from 10% to 100%. Your item will display the eBay Giving Works ribbon so buyers will know immediately that your listing is special. Your listing will also appear under Gift of Life’s eBay page. The best part… you’ll receive a credit for the same percentage you pledged for your insertion and final value fees when your item sells!
Shoppers: Check out our listing page for all items benefitting Gift of Life. Bid now!
Donors: Go to “My eBay” and find your “Donation Account” under the Account Tab. When in the “My Favorite Nonprofit” section, select Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation. Another option is to give at checkout. You can add a donation to Gift of Life when you complete your transaction through PayPal.
Supporters: Sell, Shop, Donate!
