This Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) hosted its Annual Pro-Am Tennis Tournament on September 6, 2012 at Sportime on Randall’s Island in New York.
“My new birthday is October 25, 2011,” proclaimed Debi Jackman. The date, she explained, is when she received a bone marrow transplant from a complete stranger.
For over 1,160 camp staffers, this summer meant more than simply laughing with their campers. It meant more than spending time in the sun and hiking in the woods.
Sunday August 26 was a day met with great anticipation by two very special New Yorkers. One a heroic bone marrow donor, the other a courageous leukemia survivor.
